By accessing and using Servysa ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Servysa is an online marketplace that connects service providers ("Professionals") with customers seeking services. We provide a platform for booking, communication, and payment processing, but we are not a party to any service agreement between Professionals and customers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Service Provider Obligations
If you register as a Professional, you agree to:
- Provide services in a professional and competent manner
- Honor all bookings and appointments made through the Platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communications
- Set fair and transparent pricing for your services
5. Customer Obligations
As a customer using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking services
- Respect scheduled appointments and provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Pay for services as agreed upon through the Platform
- Treat Professionals with respect and professionalism
- Provide honest and fair reviews and ratings
6. Payments and Fees
Servysa charges service fees for transactions processed through the Platform. These fees are clearly disclosed before you complete a booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Professionals receive payment for completed services, minus applicable platform fees, according to our payment schedule.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy selected by the Professional.
Servysa reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Circumvent payment processing or fees
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Servysa or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Servysa acts as a platform connecting users and does not provide services directly. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Professionals. Users interact at their own risk.
11. Modifications to Terms
Servysa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
